DIET PROGRAM-FIRST WEEK

On da 1st week Ramadhan ni linda managed to lost 2kgs..huhu tp xtau la bole betahan x,sbb tu time kat jelebu..kat kajang ni byk sket cabaran dia..hee
so far 8kg 2 go.

linda mkn seperti biase time buka..

main course (nasi+ayam@ikan+sayur)and dessert

sahur plk just minum air suam je..haha 2 yg cepat sket lost weight tu:)

semoga misi berdiet ni tercapai..go go chaiyok(",)
